I have been attending Jennette's Boot Camp since Jan. 6, 2012 and my goals were to lose 20 lbs, increase core strength and to increase flexibility. Well I have achieved the weight loss within 60 days and currently I am at a 30 lb loss since Jan. 6th. The Boot Camp class is motivating which is the primary reason that I attend. An added bonus is the dietary information that Jennette provides on a daily basis. If, you have similar goals like mine, I highly recommend this class for you.
